Fire department morale is a concern

In regard to the article in VOP on Feb. 22, I am a citizen concerned with what is happening to the fire department.  This individual has taken it upon himself to dismantle a smooth running department and turn it into a complete disarray along with ruining the morale of the department.

I am sure someone could have been promoted from within that would not have put the city in jeopardy by making poor decisions.

I am a concerned citizen who does not sleep too well anymore.
